Biography

In the late 1800s, a new era of the American frontier was taking shape, as cowboys and their horses carved trails across the vast, untamed West.

They turned to their trusted cobblers, commissioning boots that could endure the relentless rigors of their rugged lives. A higher heel for the stirrups, a roomier toe for comfort on long rides, and a sturdy instep for stability. Thus, the cowboy boot was born—a symbol of resilience, endurance, and the spirit of the West.

The cowboy boot's legacy is woven into the fabric of American history, from the dusty trails of the Old West to the silver screens where icons like John Wayne and Johnny Cash immortalized its grit and glory. It’s more than just footwear; it’s a testament to the bold and the brave, becoming a cornerstone of American style.

Inspired by this enduring legacy, I founded Parker Boot Company—a next-generation western artisan brand that pays homage to the beauty and functionality of true western wear of yesterday.

Before launching, my family and I embarked on a journey across Texas, visiting some of the most revered boot shops in the world. From the legendary Jass Boot Shop in Central Texas to the renowned Wheeler Boot Company in Houston, we had the privilege of learning from the finest custom boot makers alive today.

Our mission at Parker Boot Company is to carry forward the integrity, quality, and craftsmanship that we encountered across this great state. Every pair of our boots is handmade, not just as a nod to tradition but as a commitment to excellence.

"Handmade" isn’t just a label—it’s a promise that skilled hands have meticulously crafted each stitch, and chosen only the finest materials to stand the test of time.

A craftsman’s touch defines quality. From the hands of our skilled team, the legacy of the cowboy boot lives on. We guarantee every pair for life, because we believe in creating something more than just a boot—we’re crafting a piece of your legacy.
